We are very fortunate in Javea to have first class medical health facilities which cater not only for local nationals but for foreigners too. Located in the port and the main pueblo are two state Centros de Salud (medical centres) where everyday GP treatments are available.
People who are registered on the “Padron” of Javea are entitled to state medical services, and foreign visitors to the town may also use these facilities in emergency situations, but as a temporary visitor to the area you must provide an overseas medical form.
